About the Game

This game is developed by CSIR - NBRI under Project Jigyasa Virtual Lab, to make the students learn while playing on the virtual platform. This game tells about various features of different plants which are either beneficial or disadvantageous.

The Jigyasa programme is inspired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s vision of a new India and Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) of Scientific Community and Institutions.

"JIGYASA" is one of the major initiative taken up by CSIR at national level, during its Platinum Jubilee Celebration Year. CSIR is widening and deepening its Scientific Social Responsibility further with the programme. Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), has joined hands with Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) to implement this programme. The focus of this scheme is on connecting school students and scientists so as to extend student's classroom learning with well planned research laboratory based learning.

In the next phase of virtual lab, content has been developed to reach large number of students.
